Returns and refunds

At FATE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must include original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will help you exchange the product if it is available.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
